Trauma Treatment International does not provide crisis response services, so we have put together the following information in case you need urgent support.
If you feel like you need urgent psychological help, please:
- Call 999 for an ambulance

If you can keep yourself safe for a short while, but you still need urgent advice:
- Contact NHS 111 and select option 2 to access urgent mental health support
- Contact your GP surgery and ask for an emergency appointment
You can also:
- Contact Samaritans on 116 123 at any time of the day or night
- Text SHOUT to 85258 at any time of the day or night
- Call CALM on 0800 58 58 58 from 5pm to midnight every day
- Visit Hub of Hope
